I remember the first time I meet him I could tell that this guy knew his stuff. He help me and my husband make the best choices on what we put into the build, he didn't try and talk us into things that we really didn't need but listened to what we wanted. We are now the proud owner of a beautiful 2014 Mini S. Did I mention that we are returning customers? This is the third Mini that we have bought from this dealership, because of their reputation on how they treat their costumers. We have always been treated like family when we go there. The wonderful treatment didn't stop after we bought the car, it continues every time we walk through that door. The product sells itself but the customer service seals the deal. You see I haven’t gotten a new car since like 2005 let alone done the whole process myself. Mini is the first car I thought of to test drive. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how it wasn’t your typical car dealership. It was clean, well branded. So not cheesy. Hip. Now. Schwag I wanted to buy like right away and I hadn’t even stepped foot in a car yet. I asked who wanted to let me drive a car and Elliot was first to speak up. I wasn’t inundated with overly factual mumbo jumbo but just enough car talk to help me understand the car, its features, and just how bada$$ Mini really is. I came back 3 more times after driving a Honda Civic, “meh” like milk toast, and a VW Golf which I liked fine enough. The Mini Cooper Hardtop is where I landed. It’s fun. Hip. Quirky (like me). Super-fast. With a bunch of cool, like rock n roll skater surfer dude kind of cool, mixed in. It’s my starter Mini because I am in for the long haul thanks to this experience. Here’s the deal. Elliot asked great questions without being invasive or pushy. Elliot knew the Mini brand backward and forward. And most of all Elliot valued me and my business. As did Brad the manager and the pug loving gal Diane who helped me with the paperwork. Customer service married with a well-integrated brand and people who genuinely care. He excels in establishing customer credibility and is customer focused, i.e., providing me with history of the Minis', answering all my questions, doubts, etc., is what sold me. Upon arriving home, I immediately posted the photos of my Mini in my Facebook and in seconds, I have many "likes" and nice comments...and still counting.
