I am very indecisive when it comes to such a large purchase and wanted to make sure that I was getting I would recommend Elliot to anybody at NW Mini. I am very indecisive when it comes to such a large purchase and wanted to make sure that I was getting an overpriced vehicle. But Elliot helped come up with every financial option to allow me to get a new or used mini, he dealt with probably 10 test drives some in the same car over and over and also dealt with me changing my mind back and forth. Now I will get my dream mini!! I cannot wait to pick it up after the stripes are removed. Brad helped so much with the financials and also went through what they had in stock and broke down all the information so we were not going out of our budget. CANNOT WAIT TO DRIVE MY MINI!! Also the person who talked to me about mini in the beginning was my customer at Bigfoot java (I work there) and he completely helped me fall in love with the mini! More

Great experience not buying a car. Met with Brandon to talk about a used Mini...he didn't come across as the typical car salesman many people envision. I was on the lot looking at used cars and found a 2011 the same color as mine, which I loved. The 2011 had some extras my 2007 did not. Mike started the ball rolling and I wasn't sure I would qualify. When he came back and he said ok it's all done I almost fell of the chair. He and Brandon came out to help me clean out the 2007 & get it put in the 2011 (which was no easy feat) but when I drove home in my new car I was elated. They made the process so easy and pleasant. If I decide to trade this car in I will go back to NWMini. More

I was proven wrong at Mini. I was approached by Brandon, a Motor Advisor (not a salesman). He had a warm smile and a gentle way about him. He made the car experience comfortable and easy. I appreciated that he took the time to show me all the features of the car without pushing a sale. The car sold itself, he was just there to guide me along. Ron, the Finance Director was also very nice, thorough and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend other dealerships take some notes from these guys. More
