Recall I took my vehicle in for 2 safety recall issues and the service writer told me it would take 2 1/2 hours..I was surprised to hear it would take that l I took my vehicle in for 2 safety recall issues and the service writer told me it would take 2 1/2 hours..I was surprised to hear it would take that long. Oil Change & Recall Update I made an appointment for the oil change & recall & received great customer service both on the phone & when I dropped off my vehicle. I had a concer I made an appointment for the oil change & recall & received great customer service both on the phone & when I dropped off my vehicle. I had a concern about my Jeep's steering & the service manager was willing to take a ride with me to see if he could address the problem. It didn't recur but he made a note about it & told me to come back to see if they could diagnose it if it happens again in the future. I usually wait for my vehicle to be serviced & the waiting area is clean & comfortable with snacks/drinks for purchase. I prepaid for my oil changes & appreciate being able to save some money! More

Service Appointments I have used Tacoma Dodge for years. I bought a 2005 Grand Caravan from them and had it serviced on a regular basis. We were told it would be 30 minutes to an hour wait - ok because we didn't want to go around with a headligh We went in to have a light bulb changed.
