This dealership falls far below the industry standards. My experience has been a total xxxx show from the start. I had my Jeep gladiator serviced They rotated my tires, on my way home on the freeway, tak My experience has been a total xxxx show from the start. I had my Jeep gladiator serviced They rotated my tires, on my way home on the freeway, taking the exit my front driverside wheel and tire came off slamming the jeep to the ground the jeep is lifted on 32 tires.. The dealership had it towed back to them. They provided me with a Jeep gladiator while they fix my jeep. 5 weeks go bye I don't hear nothing from them I mean not courtesy call nothing. So I reached out to thire insurance they provided the estimates. Two days latter the dealership wants the Jeep back TODAY and will allow me to go get a rental car. I feel like ya you get your jeep back when I get mine back. Not the case. They have absolutely shown zero consideration for the situation. My jeep won't begin to be fixed untill May 28th More
Took my car in for recalls in the mourning around 11:00 am they called me that afternoon about 2:30 and said it was ready went down and picked up my car and it didn't make it 10 blocks until it went in to am they called me that afternoon about 2:30 and said it was ready went down and picked up my car and it didn't make it 10 blocks until it went in to limp mode car ran perfect when i dropped it off cant imagine why did they not road test it? Not to mention how am i supposed to get this car ready for Mondays work week doesn't run properly and they cant even look at it until sometime Monday i biggest thing that concerns me is not road testing or some kind of test to ensure the car is running like it should when i brought it in to them xxxx poor service More
