Express Line oil and filter change On 12/28/15 I came for oil change service as well as multipoint inspection on my Ram 1500. After that truck was sitting home until yesterday, drove On 12/28/15 I came for oil change service as well as multipoint inspection on my Ram 1500. After that truck was sitting home until yesterday, drove it to work. Today I found big oil leak, after I check I found that oil pan bolt (plug) was not tighten and was holding in the pan just by two or three lines of tread. If I didn't check it I probably will lost it today on my way to work as well as all engine oil and ended up with major engine problem. Can you imagine that happened to anyone who knows nothing about cars except how to drive it? It is unacceptable mistake and I want to warn people about it.
