Dealership can’t find it- this xxxxs went on a week. xxxx good thing I have my copy of extended warranty. Christina is helpful - Frank is helping me get my gap insurance back. Aside from that it’s really like the left hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing . And I guess it starts with the lack of leadership from the TOP down. Left VM for GM at 729 am. Days over and no call back. I cannot say stay away- this is the least professional establishment. Call they transfer you to the Nissan dealership. FUBAR! And a f’ week later no one’s capable of answering my question pertaining to insurance - an 1800$ policy they sold Me. They suck with the exception of Christina and Frank. Everyone one else has failed to even return a call. Go somewhere else. Oh it’s all good till the sales went thru- then ya see what it’s really like and it SUCKS. More
I am seriously disappointed in their service dept. I took my 2010 2500 Larime in for a leaking sunroof back in January. They told me it needed aliging and the motor is damaged and would warrantee it. I took my 2010 2500 Larime in for a leaking sunroof back in January. They told me it needed aliging and the motor is damaged and would warrantee it. A month later it still leaked so I took it back to fix the moror and the persistent leak. So far both visits cost over a thousand dollars. So far no problem. Three more times my truck saw the service dept for the same thing, a leaking sunroof. Each time it was a broken part that wasnt broken in the previous visit. Im into this "repair" over three thousand dollars. This last time I questioned why Im being charged labor, on something thats suppose to be under warrantee, and so far a week later no response. I really dont expect a response by now. They held my truck hostage until I paid their scam. They got my money what do they care. I can say this I love my Dodge trucks however I will never use Tacoma Dodge again. Maybe Olympia Chrysler Jeep will provide better service. More
My husband and I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Ecodiesel here last year. The truck had 22k mikes on it and part of what sold us on it, was the fact that it still had some warranty left on it. Fast Ecodiesel here last year. The truck had 22k mikes on it and part of what sold us on it, was the fact that it still had some warranty left on it. Fast forward a year and 10k miles later. My husband was driving on I-5 and with zero warning the engine starts smoking and makes a loud bang. The engine completely died. After waiting a month to hear back from the warranty people they are denying our claim and won’t replace the engine. After this happened we started doing research and the eco diesels have a known issue and these engines are exploding quite often at low mileage, warranty claims are denied across the board. We now own a $40k piece of junk, it’s heartbreaking. This dealership shouldn’t have promoted that this car had a warranty, if the warranty was worthless and the dealers should not be selling these eco diesels until they figure out the engine issues. To top it off this truck has an open recall , we’ve been on a waiting list for a year to get the recall serviced and it could be the cause for the engine failure. Very dissatisfied considering we’d been loyal to Toyota for many years and turned in a truck that was still running fine with 200,000 miles on it to get a lemon that died at 30k. More
I am not one to rant and rave about awful service but this place has given me nothing but grief! If I could give negative stars I would! We took the truck in on March 18th for a check engine light due this place has given me nothing but grief! If I could give negative stars I would! We took the truck in on March 18th for a check engine light due to an evap problem, they do their inspection to find the engine was failing. No problem we have a warranty for a reason! Finally a week later they get the engine taken apart and file to the warranty company, come to find out they input incorrect information about the trucks mileage which would have voided out the warranty! (I had to find that out from the warranty company!!!!!) So I call the dealership and complain they need to fix it! Meanwhile we are paying out of pocket for a rental ($50 a day) because they don’t offer loaner vehicles and strictly use enterprise. The dealership drags their heels blaming the warranty company and how hard it is to get a hold of them and how everything is in the warranty company’s hands! I have exhausted all options, the warranty company only covers 5 days up to $30, and they won’t pay for it because we “rented before the warranty work was approved” I’m mad at both parties but especially the dealership for all the delays! They finally fix the paperwork resubmit the claim, the inspector comes out and everything is covered (Yay)!! Then now we wait on the new engine. The dealership says they should have the truck done on April 1st, for some reason that engine they were giving us didn’t pan out. So I’m calling the dealership everyday to find out the status of a new engine and get updates. (I have to be in there face to get anything done) Everyday is the same thing “we need to get a tracking number, everything is in their hands” Come to find out the new engine had been delivered and signed for on April 8th (this coming from the warranty company)! Today is the 14th, they had no idea until this morning that they had the engine and its finally getting installed today supposed to be done tomorrow! All I can say is the amount of disfunction in that service department was shocking and disappointing, very unprofessional! More
Vincent Carter made my first experience buying a car excellent. He asks what I wanted, I told him, and he made sure I left with it that day without any stress. I even decided to trade in my car last min excellent. He asks what I wanted, I told him, and he made sure I left with it that day without any stress. I even decided to trade in my car last minute and he was sure to make that happen. I have no complaints at all! Such a great sales rep! I would definitely recommend this dealership for anybody looking for their next vehicle!! I’ll be sure to come back when it’s time for my next one! More
I made an appointment a month in advance to have an oil change done and wipers installed on a Saturday. We arrived for our appointment, waited in line for 2 other customers for 15+ minutes to let them kno change done and wipers installed on a Saturday. We arrived for our appointment, waited in line for 2 other customers for 15+ minutes to let them know we were there. When asked how long it would be they said "4 or 5" hours! For an oil change, I get it we're all having problems getting people to work but call me and tell me it's going to be a ridiculous amount of time. You sent me 4 or 5 reminders so why can't you let people know? Needless to say after driving 30 minutes to get there I'm less than impressed. They sure want to sell you a car but after that it's time to get lost! My boyfriend runs a shop in Bellevue and was disgusted at the service and condition of the shop. It was a filthy mess at 10:00am, I won't be buying another car from them. More
Best experience i have had in my years of buying cars! Normally when i got to a dealership they start by showing me what i tell them i want, i fall in love, come to find out i cant afford it, then the exc Normally when i got to a dealership they start by showing me what i tell them i want, i fall in love, come to find out i cant afford it, then the excitement stops from their and the salesman normally get just pushy and are obviously trying to just get me out the door with whatever to make a dollar. Not this time Micc and Randy took the time to listen to what i wanted, ran my credit to see what i could be approved for and then showed me cars in that criteria (with what i wanted in a car) that honestly made the experience great because now i know whats gonna be more realistic and i could choose from the cars that they can show me and then fall in love with a car! The salesman here Micc and Randy both were personable and knowledgable with their information and got me a 2021 car with low miles witch is what i wanted (plus some). Thank you! More
By far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of purchasing cars (which I purchase every 2-3 years). Unless you are a live body on their showroom with a bag of cash, don't expect them to g years of purchasing cars (which I purchase every 2-3 years). Unless you are a live body on their showroom with a bag of cash, don't expect them to give you the time of day or even a return call. Then when you finally get a person to respond and you get numbers and financing secured with your bank they tell you "sorry - we don't sell to anyone out of state right now". That would have been good to know at the start of the conversation! Maybe something they could even note on their website? And if you think you can speak to the Sales Manager (Brian) to let him know the frustration you have just been through with the sales team, he will just tell you "sorry, we are rated very high in customer service so I don't know what to tell you". I'm not sure when that was, but it was certainly not with the staff I dealt with. I would never recommend them to anyone EVER! More

I spoke to Steve, explained the situation and he sent us the $195 check immediately. Our salesman Alexander was really good to. Danny the sales manager at this dealership was supposed to take care of this but he didn't. He got kind of pissed that he still owed us money. But in the end, Steve Crosetti took care us us. More

I also had two minor cosmetic items I hoped to get help with. Firs, the housing around the electronic eye had gone missing. I bought a replacement on Amazon, but couldn't figure out how to mount it. Secondly, I had attempted to attach a phone holder to the interior air vents, accidently pushing one in too far and not able to reattach it. Tacoma Dodge installed the housing, and refitted the vent for free. Nice work! More
