So i found a truck that i liked a few months ago, i live out of state, so i need to plan a trip just to go to pick up the truck. So after talking a few times, someone else bought the truck before me. But just recently found another truck that i wanted, talked to the dealer, struck a deal. Said hey, im canceling my plans, ill be there in the morning to buy the truck. Made a plan to drive the 6 hours. Took the trip, as i walked through the door, someone else is sitting down at a table signing papers to buy the very truck that we already struck a deal for. xxx. So glad i wasted my day to buy a truck that we made a deal for. Dont shop here. More

I was silly enough to trust my sales guy who told me the truck I was buying had an extended warrantee included. He knew I was already paying more for the truck than I wanted to. Turns out that warrantee the truck I was buying had an extended warrantee included. He knew I was already paying more for the truck than I wanted to. Turns out that warrantee they said was included added $3800 to my loan balance. I don’t trust Tacoma Dodge at all now. Auto dealerships are known for being shady so I went in on the defense but I trusted those guys and they sneaked in charges I didn’t have information about. Lesson learned, read loan docs very closely before signing, don’t send women there alone, and don’t trust the language used to manipulate, don’t stay long enough to be exhausted by their back and forth to the point that you can’t see straight what it is you’re signing. More

Took my car in for recalls in the mourning around 11:00 am they called me that afternoon about 2:30 and said it was ready went down and picked up my car and it didn't make it 10 blocks until it went in to am they called me that afternoon about 2:30 and said it was ready went down and picked up my car and it didn't make it 10 blocks until it went in to limp mode car ran perfect when i dropped it off cant imagine why did they not road test it? Not to mention how am i supposed to get this car ready for Mondays work week doesn't run properly and they cant even look at it until sometime Monday i biggest thing that concerns me is not road testing or some kind of test to ensure the car is running like it should when i brought it in to them xxxx poor service More
