We thought that was very nice. They never came. When we called Wallace he did not return our calls. Then the dealership called and asked what our issue was. We explained what had happened and she said that she would talk to a manager and get back to us. That was a couple of weeks ago. Yes, they are just floor mats and we can get them at Costco but what is called into question is the integrity of the salesperson and the dealership. Prior to this I would have referred friends to them or gone back myself, but now I probably would not. Don't promise something and then not deliver on it. More
