Horrible experience If I could give these time wasters 0 stars, I would. In 17 years of buying different sports cars, my experience with TSJ is absolutely the SINGLE wors If I could give these time wasters 0 stars, I would. In 17 years of buying different sports cars, my experience with TSJ is absolutely the SINGLE worst experience I've ever had. I drove 2 hours to look at a car that they've had on their lot for 8 mouths only to have them tell me they wouldn't take it out of their showroom because I wasn't sure I liked the color. In addition, this barely 3 year old car was very banged up with a dead battery. Furthermore, beware, they also won't accept any financing that isn't through them and with top tier credit, I was secured my financing from an outside source. Of course, if they'd been interested in working on the deal, I could also have brought them a certified check from my credit union, however, their finance manager is pretty bad at his job and was too lazy to get the car out for me to check it out. There's lot of bad reviews on these guys from people who have driven far away. They're all legit. And now I find the positive reviews suspect. They seem pretty fake. Considering how grungy their building is, it's no surprise their customer service is just as bad. More

Trans Purchased used Audi A4 Cabriolet from out of state dealer. Car was held for me as promised pending three and one half hour trip to New Jersey. Transaction went smoothly. Car was as represented and all questions were answered promptly and clearly. Some additional paperwork needed after purchase was quickly provided. Chances are not likely that I will have another opportunity to buy from TSJ but I would certainly recommend this firm to others. More

After looking at many car dealerships and private sales, I decided to drive 120 miles to make my deal with TSJ based on the quality of their inventory, dealer reviews and BBB rating and accreditation. I was not disappointed. I found a quality car at a very fair market price and a very smooth transaction. Tyler was very accommodating and professional. There was no pressure and he provided all the information I needed to be comfortable with the purchase. Highly recommend! More
