Horrible Customer Service I’ve never been so disrespected in my Life. My husband and I called at 9am on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle with a check in hand for financing alr I’ve never been so disrespected in my Life. My husband and I called at 9am on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle with a check in hand for financing already secured and Lou promised to call me back so we could work on our trade in with him. I never heard back from him and the third time i called in the late afternoon he was very rude to me and said it was their busiest day with a ton of leads and he would call me back to work with us before 6. It is now 5:45 and I did not receive a call and when I called again they are already closed. So I guess I wasn’t an important enough lead for him to service. I’m in sales too and he’s the exact opposite of what I train my reps to be. Would not recommend him to anyone. More
