They did right by me Sometime this May me and my wife decided that it was time for a new car. So naturally i was intrigued by this beautiful Audi S4 2010 white just pu Sometime this May me and my wife decided that it was time for a new car. So naturally i was intrigued by this beautiful Audi S4 2010 white just pure beauty. My sales man was Lenny, i have no complaints about him or his service. After successfully financing the car and driving it home the same day everything was peachy keen. 2 days of driving the car the check engine light comes on. The next day i called lenny he told me to bring the car back to him ( lakewood nj 1 1/2 hours away from my home) he brought it to his 1st mechanic, he somehow shuts off the check engine light we go pick it up great the car is fixed...(so i thought)..the same exact thing happens 3 times( have the car for 2 days CE light comes on bring the car back to dealer). Never ducking or dodging my our calls Lenny finally had enough and brings it to another mechanic( and according to this mechanic TSJ has several mechanics that they deal with in order to cut cost and what not) this mechanic how ever is the guy when he has no other choice and cant figure out a problem these are the guys they bring them too..today i heard back from the mechanic after not seeing the car for 2 months that the part they found that needed to be fixed is beyond repair and that the car needs an entire new computer. Iam completely done with this car. i feel out of love with the car and i feel like the car is a money pitt at this point. iam currently payin a 420 car note and havnt driving the car more than a week..i just want my money back so that i can find another car......Once i found out the car was beyond repair TSJ handled me wit extreme courtesy. They agreed to buy the car back from me refuned me infull..down payment and the 3 monthly payments i made on the car. Iam grateful for them and there service. Lenny was a true gentleman and so was Dave...i let them know that if they find another stick shift S4 to give me a call because with that experience i would most deffintly do business with them again. More
