Brought my Ford Edge in ,they had it 3 months , returned in Oct 2022, they Replaced the PTU (Front Transfer Case) and changed the rear differential fluid. Upon finally getting it back, as soon as I drove it in Oct 2022, they Replaced the PTU (Front Transfer Case) and changed the rear differential fluid. Upon finally getting it back, as soon as I drove it home it was making horrible noises from the rear of the SUV when making a tight turn, and when at highway speeds( felt and sounded like you were running over the marks on the side of the road... bump ,.bump, bump.) Brought it back, their experienced Ford trained mechanics drove it down the street and back, then put it on the lift, declared there was nothing wrong. Another mechanic drove with the 1st around the building and came up and said it was the rear axle failing and that it was because I had 2 different brands of tires on the car. All the same size, but the front axel has toyo and the rears had Goodyear's. So I put new tires on all around (2700 out of pocket) the noises were still there, looked at notes and receipt from them, they put the WRONG type of fluid in the rear axle/differential. Brought it back and after getting into an argument with the tall mechanic who claimed it's better fluid anyhow, and my reply was Ford doesn't list it as an acceptable fluid to use, they finally put the correct Ford authorized fluid in it. ....April 2023 comes around (6 months since repairs were finished) the $3500 dollar PTU that they installed, failed after several thousand miles, supposed to last 50,000 to 75,000 miles. Brought it to another local Ford Dealer, TS&S didn't fill the PTU with fluid, resulting in it failing. Great Ford Trained Mechanics TS&S has. The noise which they claimed was the rear axle due to tires being from different companies..turns out the rear hub on the driver's side was failing. The other dealerships real Ford trained mechanics spotted it as soon as they had it up on the lift. Impossible to miss the one said, maybe TS&S needs to send their mechanics to the other dealerships in the area and learn how to work on Ford vehicles. They also over tighted the bolts on the muffler/exhaust system with an air xxxxxxx, so much the other dealer can't get them removed. So they are ordering all new and will be fixing the horrible juvenile patch and repair job that TS&S did. I've been waiting for 3 months again for the other local Ford dealer to fix the damage that TS&S did, rental car costs are over 2 thousand dollars now, tires another 2700 that were NOT needed , and the cost of the original repair that TS&T was too incompetent to complete correctly. If you want to wait months, have wrong fluids put in your expensive Ford, shotty work, lied to your face, go to TS&S. Thank God the original PTU work was covered by an extended warranty that I had. I'd not recommend bringing a Hot Wheels Ford toy to this dealership, yet alone a real vehicle. They don't stand behind their work either. If you did you own me 7500 , I'll take that in cash please. 6 months of not having my SUV, but paying for insurance,payments and now rental fees to fix your so called professional work. You should be ashamed of yourselves . More

If I could give less than one star I would for the service I received at this dealership, I would. The salesman was exceedingly clear, he could care less if I purchased a vehicle or not. Go to Wright Ford in Redmond, at least the salesmen there are cordial and pretend to care. I spoke on the phone and chatted online, he knew I was coming. What a wasted trip. More
Great staff and no pressure Worth making the drive. I showed up and spent an hour with the salesman trying to find the right vehicle (which we never really did), then when we found one close to my wants, I get the "ole up sale" from the salesman. Two hours wasted of my life I will never get back. Made one call to TS&S, "One Call", they had the exact vehicle in stock and beat Robberson's best price out the door by almost $3,000.00 (and yes the vehicles were dang close MSRP wise). Deal was then made over the phone and in writing before I ever left my house, and once arrived at the dealer, guess what it was the same deal.... NO BS Up-Selling.. Then on top of that, they delivered the vehicle to my house in Bend. Their staff (from sales to parts) were the most polite non-pressure people I have ever had the pleasure to work with in a car buying experience. That said Robberson, you have a lot to improve on. And Oh you will never see me back in your dealership........ Pete Terzo More
Amazing experience, highly recommend this place!!! ***couldn’t just leave Madras, Oregon without leaving a review for TS&S Ford*** Damon and Randy at the service department are the kind of people that ***couldn’t just leave Madras, Oregon without leaving a review for TS&S Ford*** Damon and Randy at the service department are the kind of people that you’d love to find everywhere you go that has to do with customer service and/or welcoming you; the reason I’m making sure to tell my experience is because I am greatly satisfied #tenstarsoutoften——— I was in really big need of a wheel alignment and tire balancing before my 11 hour drive back to Midway, Utah and Monday morning I was on the phone making numerous calls to places hoping to get my car worked on as soon as possible and not having the best luck until I remembered that when i arrived Friday to Madras I was asking around for recommendations on auto repairs and this place was highly suggested by more than a few locals! Anyhow they opened up at 9am, decided to call at 8:50 lol you know just trying out my luck that can’t ever seem to find...and TS&S not only answered the phone right away but got me transferred to the right place in no time! Told them my situation and before I knew it I was being told to bring it right so they could get me back on the road safely and straightly if that’s even a word sorry lol...here I am now 9:30am inside their lobby staying warm while they are taking care of my car so yes i do recommend this place, please go check it out and see if they can help you with your auto repairs, if for whatever reason they can’t which I doubt it I bet you everything they’ll do their best to get you to the right place even though they are crazy busy =like today 😑= I am very thankful to have been referred here and I could tell the minute they answered the phone unlike other (4) places I called! *GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE all in all this is the place for you! Complete Scam Artists. Buyer beware! In November of 2016, I purchased a car for my mother. After hours of no, They finally brought her one and said it had a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on it that covered everything for three years. First lie... they sold us a demo car as new car. We also bought scotch guard treatment for seats, as the seats were white for 500 they charged us 600. One year later, When a stain appeared on the seat they could not remove though warranty stated they would replace the whole seat at least that is what we were told we got told that company went out of business, after weeks of run around they finally sent someone to wash the seat. Stain is still there. They lied again and said Ford no longer is making cars just trucks so we can not get you another seat. We asked for a refund said need to go through manager. To say the least that never happened and their are still stains on back seat. She took the car in to another dealership as Madras Ford is NOT a place for honesty. And they informed her the warranty expired in March... we bought the car in nov.. she showed them her contract and they called Madras and were told it was a demo car that’s why.. NEVER were I or my mother ever told the warranty would be cut short or it was a demo car , she was actually told the car was returned and that a customer bought a different car when she asked why 2000 miles were on it and they told her it was still considered a new car with full head to tow , top to bottom warranty. She tried multiple times to contact the Ford Corp. They kept referring her to mgt at dealership, he would not return her calls or take them. Save your money go to a reputable dealership. T S & S FORD IS NOT IT. AVOID! More
Dishonest will not honor warranties Two and a half years later, I went in to a dealership as all four door handles are loose was told warranty expires 8 months before the 3 year warran Two and a half years later, I went in to a dealership as all four door handles are loose was told warranty expires 8 months before the 3 year warranty was up so end of this month! March not November! Their excuse was it was a demo car , which myself or my son were never told so we lost 8 months off a warranty! I would rate them minus if available crooked crooks!!!! Manager still has not returned calls !!!! They have not kept one iota of their word plus found out they sold us a car that is involved in a class action suit for known transmission problems and they sold the car for 8000 above value price!! More
