Bought a new Ford F-150. Asked to speak with Mike as my friends have bought here as well. I was there for 2 hours with a great price and excellent service. This dealership took advantage of my elderly parents on a trade-in. They traded in a 2004 Dodge Caravan with 34000 miles in good condition and got $9000 for it And got a 1996 Ford Explorer with 54000 miles trade-in. They traded in a 2004 Dodge Caravan with 34000 miles in good condition and got $9000 for it And got a 1996 Ford Explorer with 54000 miles for $11000. So they paid $2000 more for the older vehicle. My Dad is 89 and my Mom is 84, they are not internet savy so they didn't have any details going into the dealership. They expected an honest sales person, but they got taken by them. My sister lives 1100 miles away and I live 800 miles away so neither of us could have been there to help them. More
