"Customer first" mentality I don't know much about "The Collection" (first time customer), but if their mission statement reflects the qualities of the salesperson (Juan) who he I don't know much about "The Collection" (first time customer), but if their mission statement reflects the qualities of the salesperson (Juan) who helped me, they're on track for a 5 star rating. The oddity about the whole experience, I've never seen the level of ethics nor a "customer first" demeanor that Juan Garcia displayed, especially in sales. I even jokingly said, I would've never retired from the fire department had my Battalion had a bunch of guys like him. I stopped by The Collection and met Mr.Peter Klein. I explained to him that I was not in the market for a car at the moment but asked him if he could walk me through my New DB9 Volante. I was very surprised when he said absolutely he would. He took as much time as I needed until I felt comfortable with my New Car. This is something not even the dealer at which I purchased my car did for me. I just want to say Peter Klein is a True Gentleman and knows Aston Martins like the back of his hand. Request Scott Rodriguez I just purchased the Jaguar F-Pace from The Collection. My experience was the best I ever had, due to the salesperson. My plan was to buy from a deale I just purchased the Jaguar F-Pace from The Collection. My experience was the best I ever had, due to the salesperson. My plan was to buy from a dealership near me (there are two closer) but I went to The Collection, just to view the F-Pace, months before it was available. The Collection was the only dealership that had an F-Pace to view. I was greeted by Scott Rodriguez. His approach was professional and dignified. His knowledge of product was extremely informative and he instilled confidence in me. Mr. Rodriguez' demeanor made me feel assisted, as opposed to pushed, but he was available on every level to make sure I got the car I wanted. He seemed trustworthy and consistent with the class of the brands he represents (Jaguar and The Collection.) His answers were direct, on point, concise, correct, and polite. His follow-up and genuine approach made it seem obvious to chose The Collection. His assistance in customizing, ordering, keeping me informed during the wait, and getting me financed was nothing short of outstanding. Scott Rodriguez is an extraordinary person to purchase a car from. After buying dozens of cars, several high-end cars, and a few other Jaguars, I actually enjoyed the experience of buying this one for the first time. Finally, a salesperson who is the consummate professional, with a likable nature, that naturally accommodates, does his job perfectly, and takes care of every detail perfectly in the process. The Collection Miami, THE WORST ! The sales guy said I got aproved for the 85G car with 45G down, I said "man you crazy" ! Found out later, the company they said approved me, never did The sales guy said I got aproved for the 85G car with 45G down, I said "man you crazy" ! Found out later, the company they said approved me, never did, they lied. They wouldn't even put it through Porsche Financial cause they knew it wouldn't get approved because of something on my credit. I previously financed with Porsche. I called West Broward Porsche and spoke to Alfred Olivares, (finance) and in less than one hour, he had me approved with 5G down. He also got me approved with Porsche Financial but PNC gave me a better rate. Took the ride up the next day, Roberto Bey got the Macan GTS ready, signed papers with Alfred & dipped. Not in a million years will I go back to "The Collection", a collection of inexperienced staff ! More
