First Class Service! Two Thumbs Up Admittedly I was apprehensive about going to the Collection for my Porsche service based on some of the reviews i read but my experience with them was Admittedly I was apprehensive about going to the Collection for my Porsche service based on some of the reviews i read but my experience with them was absolutely first class and nothing but great in all aspects. I called and got an appointment right away, friendly staff on the phone. Got the facility and was seen right away by a technician and then was met by Marcos the Porsche Rep. He was already up to speed on what needed to be taken care of and was incredibly professional. The loaner car was there and they moved through within 15 minutes, very efficient. Marcos was in constant contact with me while they had the car and i knew all along the way where they were in the process and when the car would be ready. I came to pick it up the next morning, they moved me through payment etc in 10 minutes and i had my car and was out the door in about 15 in total. Marcos was the consummate professional, the service was impeccable and I have nothing but great and rave reviews for them. I posted this on Yelp also More
