It seemed to meet all my expectations and was priced very competitively. I contacted the dealership and was introduced to Francisco Lasprilla, a sales associate. He was extremely helpful and open about the car and the process. Since I live over three hours away from the dealership, I was reluctant and a bit nervous about a long distance transaction. The car itself, my trade-in, and in general sending a down payment. Everything was handled professionally, and I could not be happier with the car and my experience at The Collection. Francisco Lasprilla was a consummate professional in every respect. Spent the time to get the deal done without pressure. R8 Spyder joy ride..review worse than Poor! This is a multi brand dealership with careless care for the Audi flagship R8 Spyder. Went for 8am service advisor says oh we are backed up 3 days! This is a multi brand dealership with careless care for the Audi flagship R8 Spyder. Went for 8am service advisor says oh we are backed up 3 days! I asked why did you ask me to come in then?? You know I don’t like anyone driving it as you must do 1 mile fir the oil change. Said well we have to put in the basement will look at it ASAP. I advised him the day before I have to be out by 3pm, Tells me rivets have to be drilled to remove bumper to access modules will need a week on the flier apart to wait fir parts from Germany.. Car stayed in basement no oil change nothing so decided something did not feel right, picked up found radio station in hip hop 2 miles driven when they know well no oil change was done.. In the end stay away if you love your car! Decided to call other dealers specific to Audi, Boy!! Like a used car dealership vs a Rolls Royce dealership, floors at Audi are spotless team great ALL professional they tell you what’s wrong, no rivet drilling!! Gosh a nightmare of xx as they think they are so great know it all’s when really it’s a facade. Not someone who likes to hurt the owner though this is Audi’s Top car and they treat you with no respect towards the car or to the owner,, Scary service department, After I got in and drive away the radio was off satellite in FM so they had time to put the top down drive the heck out of it and waste your time by doing nothing no oil no repair and my god the solution of leaving a 200k car apart in their dirty service department while it’s not necessary because they don’t know what they are doing was the clincher, Left 3 voicemails 3 texts if my displeasure and not a peep.. Hope this saved an Audi customer! More
