Service Excellence I am a new member of The Collection family with the purchase of my McClaren 720S in early July. I wasn't planning on returning to The Collection for I am a new member of The Collection family with the purchase of my McClaren 720S in early July. I wasn't planning on returning to The Collection for at least a year for my first scheduled maintenance but looks like my car had other plans. After just 3 days, the glass above the passenger door cracked and I had to wait a few weeks to get my car back. Unfortunately, the plastic piece that covers the door hinge was loose so I had to return to the dealer. Obviously, not the dealers fault. These things sometimes happen. Fortunately, their Sales and Service was outstanding and they did everything they needed to do to service the vehicle. Now, just because these things happen doesn't mean I wasn't upset. Here is the icing on the service cake sort of speak. Each time I visited The Collection, I was greeted by Victoria Castro who immediately made me feel welcomed and as a valued customer. I feel people too often rush to write letters when they are dissatisfied but I make it a point to recognize great service when I experience it. Victoria's greeting wasn't robotic, it was genuine and followed by a series of questions that allowed me to explain what had happened and why I was there each time. She was empathetic and apologetic for my experience and asked if there was anything she could do to help make my time at The Collection more pleasurable. She offered me something to drink, coordinated my Uber ride, asked if my cell phone was fully charged, etc. All this while being extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I've been in the Customer Service business for more than 25 years and I firmly believe that the first person who greets you has a huge responsibility to represent your brand and sets the tone for how I will feel when I walk away and whether or not I choose to return. Because of Victoria, I walked away satisfied each time and I will gladly recommend The Collection to anyone who asks. More

Knowledgable, professional and personable. Fransisco made my purchase easy and efficient. I purchased my vehicle contingent upon a test drive; flew in from out of town and the car was ready and Fransisco made my purchase easy and efficient. Prior to, and after the test drive, Fransisco went through the entire operation of my vehicle. All paper work was complete and orderly and arrangement for the car to be transported to my home was made on the spot. I was given back- up contacts for my purchase and follow up to my purchase and transport was immediate. My entire experience with Fransisco and The Collection could not have gone more smooth and enjoyable!
