Horrendous service,worst experience ever! ,i took my 2020 911 to this place,i have bought several cars from them before and i will never ever give them my business again,my service advisor (La ,i took my 2020 911 to this place,i have bought several cars from them before and i will never ever give them my business again,my service advisor (Last name Carrera) was horrible,kept my car for 3 weeks and never provided a loaner,i had to chase him around to get updates on my car,i took the car there for 3 issues and i was given excuses every time i called on why the car wasn't ready,i escalated it all the way to the service manager Scott and then a week later the car was ready,i picked it up and 3 hours later 2 of the issues returned exactly the same way that it was previously before i took it there,the issues we’re supposedly fixed under warranty (the probably charged Porsche for it) but was never fixed,i called and spoke to Scott (the service manager ) and told him this was unacceptable and he told me of course let me see what i can do and never called me back!!,i took the car to another Porsche dealer and found out none of the repairs were performed in the Collection or were done half way(items were left disconnected on the car),in 4 days my car was fixed and i was provided a loaner right away,2 completely different planets when it came to professionalism, courtesy and quality of people and work,dont you dare take your car there or buy from them !,stay away from this place More
I recently leased an Audi at The Collection. I was greeted by Kelsey Giebel who exceeded all my expectations. I was impressed by her patience, knowledge and customer service skills. She continued to answer/address all my questions, days after the leased was completed, in spite of her busy schedule with other new customers. My experience at The Collection with Kelsy and all the team members that I encountered was 'World Class"! More
What good is an online service scheduling tool if the available dates are never accurate? This is the third time in a row I schedule service online that I get a text two days later to let me know there's available dates are never accurate? This is the third time in a row I schedule service online that I get a text two days later to let me know there's no loaners available for another month. Mind you, when you schedule the service, you select whether you need a loaner or not. If you do choose the loaner option, the available appointments get reduced significantly and they're at least one week in the future, usually two. Meaning selecting this option does reduce available appointments because of loaner availability. So how is it then that not only is this never accurate, but it's always extremely inaccurate by an entire month? This is very frustrating. We're in an online world where, if you make this feature available online, it needs to be kept working properly and updated. More

The worst service experience I have ever encountered at a Porsche dealer. I lost the key to my 2004 Boxster during hurricane Ian. I ordered a new key fob through the dealer and had the car towed from Key W Porsche dealer. I lost the key to my 2004 Boxster during hurricane Ian. I ordered a new key fob through the dealer and had the car towed from Key West To Miami. It was determined that the drains were clogged and the floor was flooded. The rugs were to be removed and sanitized and the ECU replaced and the car put back together and the new fob programmed. The car has been there three weeks and I keep getting a different story and a different delivery date each time I call. More
Brought My car to BMW and seems The Collection didn't really deliver the car in the best condition. The people at collection let you feel extra special , Luis Hernandez in particular . He gave me the white glove treatment all the way till new car was in my condo . Will only buy at this dealership .
