I am a Ferrari owner and an used to much more personalized service. At The Collection, all the cars are serviced in the same drive in area. BUYERS BEWARE - MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK THE PAPERWORK!!! I have in my life purchased several cars from the collection in Coral Gables including 2 Cayanne's, a Convertable 911, and more. I dec PAPERWORK!!! I have in my life purchased several cars from the collection in Coral Gables including 2 Cayanne's, a Convertable 911, and more. I decided to lease my daughter a Jaguar XE in 2018 (BIG mistake) this last purchase will be my last EVER from the collection. After going back and forth with the sales rep and manager I agreed to a number for the car including 12k miles. I am guilty of trusting him and without glasses signing a lease he didn't change after our last negotiation and put 10k per year. I agree I am partly guilty for trusting the sales guy, BUT I would have NEVER signed a lease for my daughter who was attending school at USF at the time coming home at least 2x per month and only takes 10K miles per year. When I turned in the car, I thought I was under the miles and was happy, however, I got a bill for 3500 miles over for 39 months, it only $487 + tax BUT it is the principal knowing what I was told the day I signed for the car. I did reach out to Chase and the Collection and got no assistance whatsoever, in fact, they basically told me it's ok if I don't come back! Shame on them for not helping a customer. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TRUST THE SALES REPS WORD, CHECK, DOUBLE-CHECK AND MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE! More

Went to The Collection today with my Jaguar. I had set up appointment online. Was greeted at entrance and was shown the office of my service writer. Jennifer Farrell helped me with the issue the Jaguar was h appointment online. Was greeted at entrance and was shown the office of my service writer. I was very impressed with the text message of my vehicle diagnostics sent to my phone within a few hours of dropping off vehicle. Overall very professional atmosphere. More
