This was my second time working with The Collection in Coral Gables. This time I had the pleasure of working with another sales associate, Kelsey G. She is truly a Pro who provided me with all my options Coral Gables. This time I had the pleasure of working with another sales associate, Kelsey G. She is truly a Pro who provided me with all my options without any pressure; making every step of the process so easy! My beautiful new metallic blue 2021 A4 was ready for pick up the same day; however, I had to attend to other matters, deciding instead to pick it up a few days later at which time Kelsey made herself available to review everything with me and sign all the necessary paperwork. All the staff at The Collection are courteous and professional which is reason customers keep coming back🌹 More
Consumers be aware! Saturday, June 12 contacted to buy a Range Rover for $101,000 either cash or a trade-in. Expressed wanted to do that day or early Monday. Gave photos, VIN, details of the trade, deal with Leo Visconti advising awaiting manager from an appraisal. Chased all day till 3 pm advised closed. Tried all day Monday could not reach Leo, then called the main line, dealt with a different agent who then called back saying I have to deal Leo. Sent all information again, finally on Tuesday get an offer of trade, I accept that offer and asking price, never once negotiated. I advised I can get there 20 mins before they close, told car not ready. I then advise I will get a hotel local as I'm 4 hours away and be there first thing in the morning as I have work during the day. Told the car needs to be cleaned and paperwork sorted. I plan someone looks after my kids and change business meetings, clear out my car, get it detailed, and get car insurance sorted. Could not reach again, waited before driving the 4 hours, could not reach Leo again so-called mainline and told by another person vehicle sold after being open for just an hour that morning. I explained yes to me and said no, we sold it to someone else. I asked to speak to a Manager and told not available, Leo advising I did not reply to his last text, we had multiple calls and I sent everything requested. Bad someone wants to lie and have such bad ethics. I never write bad reviews but this has been a complete waste of my time as well as terrible business practices. Do business with a company with ethics and morals. More
