The Collection , is NOT a "luxury car" dealer anymore ! Third time I have an awful service experience with my Ferrari. Regrettably I have to express my disappointment on the (dis)service I received : o ! Third time I have an awful service experience with my Ferrari. Regrettably I have to express my disappointment on the (dis)service I received : on Jul 19 I brought in my 17 California for a gear box malfunction ; after 4 days , several phone calls , no loaner and , $2,381.62 invoice , Ive got my car back but , the problem was not resolved , just mitigated. Next day , Ive addressed the problem with your ASM Mr. Davidian and , also via email (no response). Mr. Davidian set me an appointment for Monday at 09;00am (6 days , first available) but , regrettably when Ive got there , Mr. Davidian was no longer working at The Collection (4 times I came in , 4 different ASM : kind of a McDonald turnover , compared with over 30 years of my Ferrari specialist back in Italy) and , there was no record of my appointment. Ive been told to wait for a Manager to assist me but , after 55 minutes wait and several reminders to the attendant , nobody showed up. (Im sure you understand my time , is at least as much valuable as one of your managers). Sent emails and left messages to be contacted by the GM : 6 days and I'm still waiting...... You should consider to downscale to some lower brand/cheap cars! More
