Very interesting sales expereince. I usually take days or even weeks to work a deal. This one was done in two hours. Pick up the vehicle was the next day. Lou, my salesman, met me outside,despite a stiff wind, and the vehicle,preped and shiny, was out front. He then contacted my insurance company made arrangements for trans fer to new vehicle. (This was first time expereince for me.) Finance was handled quickly, but with no short cuts as to explanation of the documents signed and executed. Lou then hookedme up with bluetooth and on star as well asdemonstrating the radio system, etc. Overall, a unique and good expereince. MCM More

I can be difficult to come to terms with in a business transaction and many of my transactions are "one-shot-deals" but i've successfully done business with Hank for many years which is a testament to his skill and fortitude.
