Over the top! Spoke with Robert "Rocky" Pendel about a minivan that was much needed for my soon to be family of 6 and told him I'd be in the next day to test drive, Spoke with Robert "Rocky" Pendel about a minivan that was much needed for my soon to be family of 6 and told him I'd be in the next day to test drive, and possibly purchase. That night, my wife went into labor. Texted Rocky and told him that I was in the hospital and my wife was about to give birth. He told me not to worry, take care of my family and he'd reserve the minivan and see me in a couple days. Rocky was a man of his word...my wife, new born daughter, and myself stopped off at Szott on the way home from the hospital and he had it ready for us to sign and drive off the lot. I can't thank Rocky and his manager Ronny enough for what they did for me and how they made things unbelievably easy (they even sent flowers to the house congratulating us!). Thank you guys SO MUCH! What most impressed me was that we had a rate that we agreed upon. Rocky and Ron Nakas kept looking and found an even better deal for me. They could've stopped once we agreed and moved on. I really appreciated the extra steps taken to find the best deal for me. The whole process was very smooth and I love my new truck! First time Ram truck owner! We were looking for a heavy duty truck to pull our travel trailer and we had no idea what we were going to buy with our low budget. So we took a drive out to Szott auto in Highland and test drove a 2016 used Ram 2500. My husband loved it. Our salesman was Brian Vlisides and he was wonderful and very helpful. He understood that we needed to take a night to decide on such a big purchase. The next morning we took a drive out to this dealership to see if we could afford such a nice truck. Brian Vlisides was a sweetheart and also Ron Nakas helped with finalizing this deal. Jerry Krzeszak found us a very low rate that helped lower my monthly payments.
