My overall experience at Szott dealership surpassed any other dealership that I visited this past week during my hunt for a new car and it's primarily thanks to the customer service there. Rocky was very personable and empathetic towards my needs as a customer. He was very willing to negotiate and work with me to get best, fair deal I could (within reason). This dealership prides itself on putting the consumer first and making the experience of purchasing a vehicle welcoming and stressless as possible. Rocky personally provided me superb service and handled everything we covered with consideration and fairness. This dealership's primary focus is NOT on profits like others I've experienced. Their vehicles are priced fairly and lower than most other dealerships in the metro Detroit area. I drove an hour away to do business with them, and it was worth it. The dealerships I dealt with prior that are closer to the Detroit area didn't come close in comparison. The facility was very clean and modern. All of the vehicles were in exceptional, presentable condition (clean, many detailed, and all marked with a price). This further added to the quality experience I had. The car I bought was in the showroom and in excellent shape. They had it detailed and looking flawless. I am very satisfied with my purchase overall. Walked in was greeted by Robert Pendel told him what I was looking for a used 2017 dodge ram. Went to his sales manager RON who gave me a great price on my trade in. Then me and Robert found the truck wanted ADDED A FEW OPTIONS THAT MR. PENDEL GOT FOR ME AT A VERY NICE PRICE. The deal was done know haggling back and forth just the way I like it. ( Robert even surprise me with 4x4 detailing on both sides of the truck as a throw in , class act ) Would highly recommend this dealership to anybody , everybody I dealt with were 5 star individuals. Great service! Quick and easy! Our family was going through a lot and in the midst of it all the transmission started acting up in my son's truck. I did not know how we would ever find the time to take care of that. We sat down at a computer one night and contacted three dealerships through their online inquiries. My son wanted a previously-owned, pre-certified, 4x4 truck. The payments had to fit within his budget and his old truck needed to be paid off. We had to make this happen while working full-time jobs and taking care of the events in the family. All three dealerships responded, but Rocky went way beyond what one would expect! My son drove away that night in his new truck with everything he needed! Thank you Rocky and Szott Dodge! More

I love Fridays even more because of this place! I have been looking for a new or used Dodge Charger, 2016 or newer, white, AWD, with a sunroof and some bells and whistles. I have test driven several I have been looking for a new or used Dodge Charger, 2016 or newer, white, AWD, with a sunroof and some bells and whistles. I have test driven several at other dealerships, and when they would price me out a vehicle, I would try and negotiate lower pricing (corporate incentives, trade in, rebates, etc.) they were very difficult to work with. I would hear, "well the dealership isn't going to make any money" or they were bent on what I owed on my trade in. Or, they would never call me back!! How annoying!! I texted Szott the night before I test drove the vehicle and they responded to me immediately - with a time to schedule the test drive. The Charger was right there waiting for me! It was obvious this place cared a little more than the others ... Well, my 3-month search ended that Friday. They welcomed me into their air-conditioned office space (it was like, 95 degrees) and talked professionally to me about the purchase, trade in, and Ronny the Finance guy talked to my husband over the phone about pricing because I am NOT AN ACCOUNTANT! Plus, they let me take a super sweet Charger home (my trade in needed some work) until they put a backup camera into my Charger ... and then delivered my new car to my workplace! Who does that?? Szott does. Thanks for making Fridays even more awesome for me. My new car is the BEST. More
