Buying experience of my first BMW This is Manish, I was looking for the BMW car and noticed few with Szott website. I left my query on their website and recieved prompt response from R This is Manish, I was looking for the BMW car and noticed few with Szott website. I left my query on their website and recieved prompt response from Robert "Rocky" Pendel. This place was bit far from my house so was not sure to drive 1-1.5 hours, the I had few calls with Rocky. I must say he is very nice person and very effiecient in his profession. I got the confidence after talking to Rocky and decided to travel to Highland to see the car , I must say Rocky has won my trust through phone,the way he explained about the car and also offered good price. Next evenig I was in front of Rocky and he did welcome very warmly and handed over the key to me for test drive. He was so friendly that I didn't feel that I was meeting him first time. I took ashort drive and decided to close the deal, Rocky had already arranged documents part and within 2 hours I had papers and keys to go(obviously he took the check :-) ). This deal was completey on based on trust what Rocky has develped just with 2-3 phone calls and one short meeting. Next day I noticed few warning lights in the car and called Rocky, he responded very quickly and gave me confidance that nothing to worry , I visited dealer again and got the service reset done and they noticed some issues for which they wanted their specialist to look into but due to holidays specialist was not available. Rocky apologize that issue couldnt resolve same day and he also offered me money for gas expenses for the travel, that really shows that he really cares for his customer time and money. They asked me to come back after a week once the specialist is back, this was tough for me as I was not staying close to this place. Then Rocky and his manager very well understood the issue and promised that they will take care of the issue and their people can pick and drop the car from my house. All together I must say its great buying experience untill now, I will definitely go back to them for future car buying/upgrades and also recommend them to my friends.
