Went to purchase a new ram that was advertised in there add, they could not show me one, I asked where were the 67 they had advertised Will told me they must have sold them all. I called Terry the sales mgr he said he would find out more and call me back, and guess what,it never happened. Isn't that false advertisement or bait and switch? My initial experience with M-59 Dodge was not very pleasant! After I spoke with Jeff he explained the situation and what had happened. Jeff did everything in his power to make it right. I told him I was looking for a Factory Dodge remote start for my 2011 Charger and he gave me a great deal and also offered to pick up my vehicle (which is about 2 hours from their dealer), leave me a loaner car, install the starter, and return my Charger the next day! Amazing service from Jeff. Very satisfied and greatful he took time out of his busy schedule to make sure i was satisfied! Thanks again for the amazing service! More
I was very upset with Chrysler/Dodge because of a reoccurring problem with tire pressure sensor valve stems breaking off when trying to put air in tires. Obviously these sensors are defective. The dealership near my home didn't want to admit to the problem.I wrote Larry Flowers an email and he responded very quickly. Replacing the sensors was costly and I felt I was being wronged by Chrysler. Larry Flowers assured me he would make things right by me, and he did. He reimbursed me for the 2 sensors I had already paid to have replaced, and promised to fix the other 2 free of charge.Larry Flowers is a man of his word and I will most definitely give him my business on my next purchase! More
