You can't get any better than these guys!!! About a Year ago around March of 2014 I bought my very first Dodge Dart through Szott-M59 dealership. I had great service the very first time with my salesman and the entire dealership overall. Just recently in February I was involved in a terrible accident causing my car to catch on fire, and unfortunately my Dodge Dart was totaled. After a few weeks I decided to come back to Szott M-59 in hopes of purchasing another Dodge Dart. Despite everything I enjoyed driving the Dodge Dart, it's great on gas and just the perfect size car for a college student like myself. Jerry Krzeszak knew of my accident prior to me coming into the dealership, so he was on board and ready to help me get back on to my feet. Knowing that I had some issues with my Insurance company, which I waiting for a response on the pay off of my first Dodge Dart, Jerry and few other employees, Eric and my Salesman Alex, helped to push the process through faster. That day I walked in without a car and left that day with another beautiful dodge dart of my choice. Jerry Krzeszak was able to really pull through and help fix everything financially with the old bank that I was paying my first Dodge Dart to, and now he was able to search up another bank for me to pay my new Dodge Dart out to that approved me on a loan by myself without a co-signer. These Guys, Jerry especially are the best and treated myself and my mother like family and helped me to get once again another new car. I thank them so much for their help and getting me my beautiful new passion red Dodge Dart. More

Great Experience My salesman Jeff Hutton and the Szott team were AWESOME! I called around to some other dealerships, but they couldn't get close to the deal I wanted, My salesman Jeff Hutton and the Szott team were AWESOME! I called around to some other dealerships, but they couldn't get close to the deal I wanted, in fact one of them didn't even call me back. After speaking with Jeff, who was very polite and professional told me "come in to the dealership and we will get a deal done." He also gave me his direct number so I could text him, this made it very easy and fast to get questions answered. When I finally decided to meet with Jeff I told him where I wanted to be and he got the deal done. Simple as that. No games, no back and forth, no headache. Just a Very Happy Customer!! I told him what I was looking for and he told me to come on out. I made the hour drive out to Highland and was presently greeted and made to feel right at home. Erich was really helpful and personable, him and I talked like we were old friends. Once I decided I loved the Journey, I met with his manager Ron who was super nice and tried to work with the numbers for me. For being a women car shopping alone they made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision making. Then I met with Jerry who is the finance director who was real cool, and saved me a ton of time and headache. he was able to get me all financed and situated that day! They even had a driver deliver my new car all the way back out to Macomb the next day so didn't have to make an extra trip out with my kids!! These guys were amazing and I am very confident in my purchase and I LOVE my new car!! I will defiantly be sending friends and family out to see these 3!! Thanks Szotts!! More

I was turning in my Ford Explorer lease to purchase a new charger as a surprise for my wife. I worked with Erik Pavlinak and he went out of his way to meet me at weird hours, talk to me via text and help me arrange what would be a perfectly executed birthday surprise. The amount of time and effort he put in was over the top and greatly appreciated! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and my family and I will be a customer for life! I was transferred to Jason by the operator and the rest is history. Jason took the time to answer all my questions and research the vehicle inventory with me. We found a truck that would fit the budget and a deal was struck. After meeting Jason I knew that this would not be the last time that I would do business with him. Since then I have leased three vehicles from him and my family has also purchased and leased three vehicles from him. To say we were happy with Jason would be an understatement. More
