Great Experience My salesman Jeff Hutton and the Szott team were AWESOME! I called around to some other dealerships, but they couldn't get close to the deal I wanted, My salesman Jeff Hutton and the Szott team were AWESOME! After speaking with Jeff, who was very polite and professional told me "come in to the dealership and we will get a deal done." He also gave me his direct number so I could text him, this made it very easy and fast to get questions answered. When I finally decided to meet with Jeff I told him where I wanted to be and he got the deal done. Simple as that. No games, no back and forth, no headache. Just a Very Happy Customer!! Erich was really helpful and personable, him and I talked like we were old friends. Once I decided I loved the Journey, I met with his manager Ron who was super nice and tried to work with the numbers for me. For being a women car shopping alone they made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision making. Then I met with Jerry who is the finance director who was real cool, and saved me a ton of time and headache. he was able to get me all financed and situated that day! They even had a driver deliver my new car all the way back out to Macomb the next day so didn't have to make an extra trip out with my kids!! I was turning in my Ford Explorer lease to purchase a new charger as a surprise for my wife. I worked with Erik Pavlinak and he went out of his way to meet me at weird hours, talk to me via text and help me arrange what would be a perfectly executed birthday surprise. The amount of time and effort he put in was over the top and greatly appreciated! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and my family and I will be a customer for life! I was transferred to Jason by the operator and the rest is history. Jason took the time to answer all my questions and research the vehicle inventory with me. We found a truck that would fit the budget and a deal was struck. After meeting Jason I knew that this would not be the last time that I would do business with him. Since then I have leased three vehicles from him and my family has also purchased and leased three vehicles from him. To say we were happy with Jason would be an understatement. More
