Wrongs made right I have purchased two cars from this location. Both from Alex. My most recent was a 2014 dodge journey. It was a dealer demo car with 4000 miles. On the way home with our car the transmission would not shift . The shop took care of it and Alex got us a different car for the weekend road trip we had planned. A month later the same issue happened. Alex again got is a loner and mike in the service department handled the issue mike contacted me a couple days later saying it was ready and they went ahead and rebuilt the trans just to make sure. They also threw in a free oil change. True customer care in my eyes am made me a customer for life! More

I contacted Jim and told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in and he made it happen. He got me the exact Dodge Ram model I wanted in the exact color with all the bells and whistles I needed for less than I expected to pay. This is the first time in all the years I have been buying/leasing vehicles that I had no one trying to push what they thought was better for me instead of what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Jim and the team at Szott. I will see them again in a few years when my lease is up! More
