I literally caught them in serval lies at their dodge service dept after calling Chrysler headquarters. I use to recommend them to everyone but not now. I drive 30 minutes further to a much better, honest dealer. Szotts is also the most expensive and do not want to offer any deals. Better deals at my new car dealer. Szotts gives Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep a bad reputation in my opinion. More
