Purchased Warranty in F&I should be printed on TOILET PAPER purchased a GWC warranty that the dealership pushed heavily PUSHED by F&I then had a problem that is CLEARLY covered and the warranty company would no purchased a GWC warranty that the dealership pushed heavily PUSHED by F&I then had a problem that is CLEARLY covered and the warranty company would not return our calls and the F & I gentleman would not share the email address of the individual that could have helped us..Attorney Time....DONT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER GROUP NOR PURCHASE A WORTHLESS EXTENDED CONTRACT EVEN WHEN THEY SAY "You can have all this coverage for just a few dollars more each month". Significantly, he also spoke to me honestly --about what car was right for me, ones that weren't, and the realism of the expectations I had. He not only found me the new Ford Focus I love, but this is my 3rd car from him and the dealership, and all have been 'part of the family.' I will never buy a car from anyone or anyplace else. If you need a car, if you are worried about the details, if you want someone who actually gives concern and cares for his work and for you --Brain "V" is the guy. He delivered it to me spotless, and even after the purchase continues to help me with questions, needs, or following through on paperwork. Liars Sold me a jeep that they did not have the rights to. The title was still in a mans name that was deceased. His mother was allowed to trade in the jeep with only a death certificate which told me that she didn't have the jeep in her name either. 6 weeks of I will get my title tomorrow I finally had to hire an attorney and call Attorney General on them. After almost two months I finally received my title but only after the Attorney General investigator called them. I got my registration that day. I have countless text messages from the salesman promising me a title and registration because I was losing work due to I am a nurse and drive my clients around in my vehicle. I cannot do that without proper registration and plates. A dealer plate was put on after temp expired. I had to do my own investigating to figure out the truth. After telling Brad i hired an attorney that is only when they decided to go out to the mothers home and drive her to the SOS so she could transfer the title into her name and then in Szotts. So many lies and deception that theres not enough space on her. I also never received my Gap policy that I purchased. First time buying a car for myself and was totally taken advantage of. Jamie Romeo contacted me to come and sign the title and was very rude when I told her to call my attorney because i was afraid that they would try and get me to sign back dated paperwork and how can I drive there to sign anything when I dont have plates because they were stolen two days ago. Attorney General advised them to send a driver to me and they did. Attorney General also told me that they would not back date anything. They were already in several other violations. More

Great Experience! I was in need of a reliable new mini van and had been led to a Chrysler Town and Country that had just come in at Szott Dodge. I called to inquire but I was in need of a reliable new mini van and had been led to a Chrysler Town and Country that had just come in at Szott Dodge. I called to inquire but since I live 2+ hours away I arranged for my parents who live local to go check it out in person instead of myself. The manager Rob and the gentleman who helped me over the phone, Jonh L, were very accommodating to my parents! With the nod of approval from my dear old dad, I made the trip down with a three year old and a 10 week old to meet what I hoped would be my new van! When I arrived they had the van in the garage making improvements so it would be in tip top shape. As Ron and John were showing me the van we talked price and they made an offer I couldn't refuse! I said let's do it! Not only did they offer me an unbeatable price but they were able to secure a finance rate half of what I had already been quoted in an outside loan I was pre-approved for. It was a delight working with John specifically, he seems to be a very nice gentleman with a genuine spirit, no creepy salesman-ness about him at all!
