Absolutely amazing service! I am amazed by the service I received at Szott Dodge. After having nothing but problems with my long-time dealership with my 8 month old 2014 Charger I am amazed by the service I received at Szott Dodge. After having nothing but problems with my long-time dealership with my 8 month old 2014 Charger (16 visits for the same problem), I was put in touch with Jeff at Szott. He actually took the time to listen to my problems and concerns and actually spent his time helping me. I was able to trade my Charger in incredibly early without too much of a penalty, and now I am in an even nicer 2015 Charger. Alex even delivered my new car to me at work so that I didn't have to wait to pick it up. After 8 months of anxiety attacks and dealing with incompetent service and management at the dealership, I can say I have never been treated better than I was at Szott. Thank you for helping me! More
