Rocky was very patient and thorough showing the operations of the vehicle and reviewing the warranty details. They have exhibited diligence in working on a few agreed upon / final items. Extremely disappointed with the overall customer service at Szott. I test drove a Wrangler that was listed for just under $27k on Facebook Marketplace. Was told that the dealer initially didn’t have the tit at Szott. I test drove a Wrangler that was listed for just under $27k on Facebook Marketplace. Was told that the dealer initially didn’t have the title(which means the vehicle shouldn’t have been listed for sale in the first place), once it was updated in the system they told me the price was $31k. I spoke with the used car sales manager, Paul, who attempted to make me feel as if he was doing me a favor by selling it to me for $29,500 plus tax and title fees. My fiancé spoke with the general manager who delivered even worse customer service stating we were “like the 700th person to call” on that vehicle and was unwilling to make it right. When we pointed out that these are illegal bait and switch tactics, they claimed these listings were “system errors” and denied responsibility for their actions. However, the advertisement remains on Facebook Marketplace as it was originally posted. If you’re looking to feel like you’ve been abused by typical scummy used car salesmen, Szott is the place for you. If not, take your business elsewhere! More

They listed a vehicle online on their website and on cars.com with the same price on BOTH. They stated the vehicle was SOLD. I then saw it relisted the next day at a higher price. great service department I brought my vehicle in for a recall on my vehicle. Service was finished sooner than anticipated. Derek D. was really nice. I was expecting them to find thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done as dealers tend to do, but they only found three things and 2 I wasn't surprised the other I was so was satisfied with the professionalism and the no pressure to get the work done immediate with them. There is usually a ton of pressure at dealers, but not here. I will definitely be back. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone. Oh, other perks are amazing massage chairs and free coffee in the waiting lounge. Very clean there as well. More

They sell lemons I bought a truck from them , first it was in there 13 times for service, major problems each time.I purchased the warranty, and they canceled the warr I bought a truck from them , first it was in there 13 times for service, major problems each time.I purchased the warranty, and they canceled the warranty early because of all the work they had to do.
