In my experience, most salesmen are abnormally pushy, but Robert was "chill" lol. He gave my parents and I space yet wasn't too far away when they (my parents) inquired about my soon-to-be wheels. I love my jeep; and for my next vehicle, if I decide to stay with Jeep I'll be asking for "Rocky." As a psychotherapist, I live by the phrase "meet the client where s/he is," and Robert did just that (i.e. willing to communicate via text because of my work hours) simultaneously maintaining his professionalism.
