Buying Used - Learning experience I enjoyed my Saleperson but when asked about Tires on my Used Jeep got not answer on brand. Also great help from Jerry for finaniacing that was a 1 I enjoyed my Saleperson but when asked about Tires on my Used Jeep got not answer on brand. Also great help from Jerry for finaniacing that was a 1 stop shop. The Manager of Used Car Sales wasn't anymore forth comming on tires and No one knew but they cost $1600, which online at Belle Tires where under $150 a tire. Also no manual in car , car was not cleaned out just ran thru a car wash . I had to stop for gas (only a quarter tank in it, my oil is at 50% and notice that stone chip in glass and my brakes squeal after driving more than a test drive. So no sure not checklist on what the $595 check to qualify for the warranty. But you think it would be clean, filled up, oil capped and have the any noticeable stone chip in glass fixed. Also was told that they would take off this black stuff on the wheels, grill etc and wasn't completed either. Dealership contact and did follow up with my grievances by picking up my Jeep, at my work location, provided me with loaner, and treated me with respect by actually listening to my concerns. The follow up has deposited trust back to this skeptically buyer and I would recommend this dealership for long term relationship. I received the checklist which instills confidence that work was done at this time per CPO. Thank you Jerry and Brian for your service. That ending left a sour taste and could have been easily avoided. Do what you say, do it right . Brian very nice person but not sure what happened with promises to delivery. More

It was quick, easy and being a dealership they were able to transfer the registration so it didn't require another trip to the secretary of state! More
