A huge thank you for fixing my Ford Flex. I damaged the passenger side mirror and they were able to replace with a new one. Just purchased my third vehicle from Ford, this dealership truly stands above all others. the sales people were all so great, especially Jani & Jacob. They were personable, accurate, fair. When I was having issues with my 9 month old Escape,I called Szott Ford in Holly and they responded immediately. First, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person and explain my dilemma. My ve called Szott Ford in Holly and they responded immediately. First, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person and explain my dilemma. My vehicle was towed there and within 2 days they found the problem and fixed it. And I was offered a shuttle to pick it up.
