Just purchased my brand new Ford Expedition from this dealership, and Shane was so amazing to work with all along the way! I would not suggest this dealer to anyone. Service was done on my truck without authorization or outside of the warranty. The headliner was left unsecured and loose. Tools were left inside the Service was done on my truck without authorization or outside of the warranty. The headliner was left unsecured and loose. Tools were left inside the truck. My personal belongings were removed from the driver side door and placed on the floor of the back seat. I received the truck with the flat tire light on. And they left plastic wrap on the roof of the truck. To top of off the dealer expected me to pay for the work that was not authorized to do. Also I was told the truck would take 2 days to do all repairs. It was with them for 7 days. More
