Great experience Jack and his service guys were terrific. I came in for an oil change and they discovered an oil leak. They loaned a car immediately (with this being Jack and his service guys were terrific. I came in for an oil change and they discovered an oil leak. They loaned a car immediately (with this being my first visit - no questions asked) while they fixed the issue. Jack explained everything to me specifically and took time to answer my questions. This experience is especially important to me, because the reason I came to Symndon was due to a poor experience I had with the service department at the dealer I bought the car from. I had the same malfunction light turn on and called that previous service department to take a look at it. Upon looking at my car (after not even recalling me when I brought it in 1 hour later) they told me nothing was wrong. They dismissed me and this critical issue with this vehicle. I am so so grateful to Jack and Symndon -- they are just a. super bunch of people! More

Help for an Icy Car and Busted Bulb My car had one of the taillight bulbs go out and I needed a replacement. I called first and they had me swing right through to replace it upon hearing My car had one of the taillight bulbs go out and I needed a replacement. I called first and they had me swing right through to replace it upon hearing what was going on. I went over and they fixed it in 15 minutes. I bet it would have been even faster were it not for my frozen car! Everything was coated in ice and so the mechanics took great care in removing the light cover so as not to scratch it up or scratch the car's paint. I appreciate the swift service combined with their careful work, and will certainly be back. Thank you Symdon! More
