Symdon Motors - Service Center

I have not had any service work done so cannot comment. I had an accident on 12/2/22 and had my car towed to Symdon in Mt Horeb for an estimate. The estimate was done on 12/14/2022. It showed it to be repairable but because of workload it would probably be the 2nd week in Feb. before they could get to it. I rented a car paid for through my Ins. company from 12/14/22 until 1/11/2023. On 1/11/23 I rented the car myself until 2/01/23 for about $800+. On 2/03/23 I was notified that after looking at the car again it was deemed to be totaled out. I was told I would get a loaner car while they were working on mine so I was looking forward to that. I have been without a car since12/2/22. I don't have bad feelings about Symdon but it would have been much nicer to have had the car totaled in Dec to avoid going this long without one... The girls in the body shop office were very helpful in trying to keep me informed. More

Service was great, they did and oil change and when I got home and checked the oil level it was right on the mark, There have been a couple other oil changes I've had there and it might be a half inch above home and checked the oil level it was right on the mark, There have been a couple other oil changes I've had there and it might be a half inch above the full mark, or half inch below the full mark, so job well done this time!! In all fairness,I would recommend this service center if you are planning to check out the work very carefully. The car had damage to both left and right sides and at first only one side was repaired! The you are planning to check out the work very carefully.
