I answered this right after my service I was extremely disappointed with the service writer, she was again extremely rude, Jack and Cindy are the only ones that constantly do a good job! I've had my truck in twice for brakes and they still make a squealing, very annoying noise! I'm sick of the excuses of it takes time for the noise to go away! More

I was told that I had to come in by 2 o’clock for them to look at my recall and fix it. So I left work early to be there by two only to be told that they couldn’t fix the recall that day they would have to h look at my recall and fix it.
