I was able to get my vehicle serviced promptly and there were no surprises when it was completed. Professional people doing professional work and always keeping the customer to satisfaction in mind. My first time dealing with Symdon Motors in Mount Horeb. I purchased a vehicle from them, when it was due for an oil change I took it to Symdon to have the service performed ( first oil change and tire ro I purchased a vehicle from them, when it was due for an oil change I took it to Symdon to have the service performed ( first oil change and tire rotation is FREE ) I was pleased with the service. I was a little disappointed that when I looked at the invoice, they did not disclose what they charge for the service, It would have been nice to know the cost so I can compare what they charge compared to other competitors. The only problem I had was the oil change was supposed to be free, 2 free ones from my purchase, and I was told I needed to pay $68. I was able to talk a no charge finally, but had to give up a tire rotation be free, 2 free ones from my purchase, and I was told I needed to pay $68.
