It was about 2 pm when we arrived at the dealership to test I had emailed Michael Theime to inquire about a vehicle that I had found on their website. It was about 2 pm when we arrived at the dealership to test drive it without an appointment so, we weren't sure if Michael would be available to assist us. He was working with another client but, he got us comfortable and we inspected the vehicle and test drove it. We had traveled quite a way to see the vehicle so we did not want to make the trip back to pick up the vehicle so the team got everything ready very fast to accommodate us. Found my perfect new car at my own pace I have been talking about buying a new car for over a year and either haven't been lucky in a search or was turned off by pushy sales reps. I was connected with Julianna Mahieu through my employer's discounts. Julianna worked with me and was extremely responsive when I first made my request for a vehicle and then also backed down when I stated that I wasn't just ready to buy. However, when we made the move to finally buy, Julianna was quick to be able to respond with the exact vehicle I was looking for. We made an appointment to test drive the car, fell in love and were able to be driving the new car (after trading in my old one) in less 24 hours.
