Easily made service appointment on-line during the weekend. Service Writer (Jack Regan) gave me a detailed "Vehicle Summary" for work done during the 8+ years before the 1 year I've had the vehicle weekend. Service Writer (Jack Regan) gave me a detailed "Vehicle Summary" for work done during the 8+ years before the 1 year I've had the vehicle. Service Tech honored my request to see the wheels/tires off the vehicle. Also noted lube fittings on the front suspension were quite dry.....and did grease them. More
