Mr. Larson was very thorough! I came in to have an odd noise checked out. I had tried to have another facility fix it and they didn't know what it was. Rich took it for a test drive, determined the origin noise checked out. I had tried to have another facility fix it and they didn't know what it was. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean, unlike the other facility that left grease on the steering wheel! Great service, great minds, great technician! More

Buying a car, new or used, for me is a painful process in general, one of the main reasons why I run my vehicles for 200-300K miles, however, Symdon made it a whole lot less painful for me. My first time buying at Symdon and was able to get in and out quickly and mostly pain-free (spending $$$ still hurts but not their fault). Between Aaron (sales) and Shane (finance) the process went very quickly and was very reasonable. Even the trade-in evaluator (don't remember his name) gave a nice value to the trade-in, something that I've had bad luck with at other dealers in the past. Either way, I'd recommend Symdon, and Aaron and Shane, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
