They have me a loaner cruze to start, which was fine, but as soon as I mentioned that we were going to be moving, they swapped my loaner cruze for an SUV. They didn't have to, but it was much appreciated and helpful!! I hope I don't ever do any more damage to my car, but if it happens, I know where I'm headed!! More

Friendly, easy to work with and fair. I have purchased many " high end" European cars over the years and this was a comparable experience. Please give the service team information about a vehicle's history while the owner is servicing their vehicle at your location. This would help for situations that may be recurring and not resolved with one visit. More
