After the purchase a needed repair was discovered and they backed up their sale with the needed repair in an expedient and gracious manner. Unwilling to reduce price by the cost of new ones despite the fact that I was willing to pay listed price otherwise. Sales manager is impolite. Typical used car salesman language like “unfortunately we just don’t have any room on this deal. And “we are really selling this to you as a courtesy”. Cannot emphasize enough that interacting with the sales manager is like having your finger nails pulled out. Walks away mid conversation, generally just rude. Apparently selling vehicles is a secondary business objective, they have lots of much more important things to do unless you pay the “internet price”. This is also is a bit entertaining since they pretend like no other factual information exists on the internet. This is in addition to buying another new vehicle in the spring, they were willing to forgo that sale over $800 missing accessories from the truck displayed online with the “internet price”. Beware, the “internet price” may not match the “internet vehicle” when you are in person.Go anywhere else or ride a bike If this is the last place in the world to buy a car. More
