Better service I have Nissan gold service plan on my 2013 Altima that I thought covered everything concerning my car. One key failed to work and the service departm I have Nissan gold service plan on my 2013 Altima that I thought covered everything concerning my car. One key failed to work and the service department informed me that this is not a covered apart. I was unhappy to hear this so after talking to service sales and finally general manager Steve tucker, they decided to fix or replace it. After about another 45 minutes of working on mine they were able to reprogram it. I gave all five stars except to service department because I feel they should've tried to fix it before putting me through two hours of anxiety to find out it was a need for mine to be reprogrammed (which is what I asked for to start with). All the staff was very nice but Steve was the one who said they would make it right. More
