I worked with Cody Seng, who was very responsive to my emails before the purchase, providing me with the information I needed presale. He was even helpful in person. I never felt hassled, pressured, or like I was being sold anything I didn't need. The trade in process and credit application was very quick and I was pleased with the deal I received. I will come back to Radcliffe and the Swope dealership in the future! More

Junior and Bill at the Radcliff, Ky. dealership are exceptional in explaining any problems with the car when in for maintenance check ups. Kudos to the mechanics there as Hyundai is a very busy dealership...keep up the great performance guys :) We'll be back for our 6th someday!!! More

Love my car1 My over all experience with Chris McConn was great. Chris was very understanding and fun to work with and has called several times to make sure I still love my car. Now to the part I'm not so happy about. I wrote two separate checks for a down deposit, in which only one was to be at a later date. By the following weekend I noticed my account was in the negative. I called first thing Monday morning and told them that they cashed both my checks and needed my money back and someone needed to cover the overdraft fees, The sales manager said, he'd have a check ready for me by noon. When i got up there the check was only for the amount of the overdraft fees. I asked where the other money was and the manager told me his missed understood me on the phone. OK, when can I get my money? The sale manager acted as if no one would be back in the office the rest of the day to take care of it. Kept telling me that it'll be fine no big deal wait till tomorrow. For me it's a very big deal, I had other transaction trying to go through. Well i left there with only one small check and called a friend who then loaned me the money to put in my checking. I called Swope back within 30 mins of leaving there, so at this point it was just after 2:00 p.m.. Sales manager was busy so I left a message for him to call me back. He had 4 hours to call me back by the end of his work shift and I never did hear back from him. Not to mention I didn't get my car detailed like they where suppose to. More

We experienced a no pressure and positive car buying process. Both Chris and Scott were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous salesmen. We felt from start to finish that everyone from sales, to sales manager/financing had integrity and were working together to provide excellent customer service and make sure all questions were answered and that we left 100% happy. This purchase also included 2 years of regular maintenance which is an excellent value. This purchase was negotiated very late in the evening, and when a bank offered a more competitive rate in the morning, that rate was honored so we really got the best deal possible. We would recommend this dealership, and specifically Chris and Scott to our friends and would shop here again. This dealership stands out from the other options in the Radcliff area and is worth checking out when you are looking for a new or used car in the Fort Knox Area. We had been searching used cars for 3-6 months off and on and we are confident our price and rate were as competitive as what was available in Louisville, Etown, etc. More
