Easiest car buying experience We were greeted immediately by Kristy Kynett who was friendly and wasn't pushy in any way. A pleased return customer. I purchased my third Hyundai (first one from Swope) almost two years ago from the old dealership in Ratcliffe driving 45 minutes from Bardstown. Chris I purchased my third Hyundai (first one from Swope) almost two years ago from the old dealership in Ratcliffe driving 45 minutes from Bardstown. Chris was friendly and not overbearing in the least, which as a woman looking to purchase a vehicle by herself is refreshing and very welcome. I had continued to go to Swope to receive service on my vehicle and recently when I was ready for a new purchase, knew that was where I would return to. Another salesperson met me in the lot and when I mentioned that Chris had sold me my last vehicle, he went to find Chris to help me. That told me a lot about the culture at Swope and was impressive that he would turn a possible sale over to another salesperson I already had a relationship with. This experience was just as positive as the last and I'm sure if I'm still in the area when I'm ready to trade this vehicle in I will return to Swope and hope Chris is still there. More
