Either dishonest or incompetent I bought a new Sonata from Swope in November 2016. It included 4 free oil changes with tire rotation. The first service was done in February and the I bought a new Sonata from Swope in November 2016. It included 4 free oil changes with tire rotation. The first service was done in February and the second was performed in June. After the June service, I was told that the oil change and tire rotation were both completed and I had to sign a receipt stating as such. Immediately after leaving the dealer, I realized the tire rotation had not been done. I went back to the dealer where the service tech said he thought the front looked better, so he didn't really rotate the tires. I find it unacceptable that a dealer lie about performing a service. I pointed out that one of the lug nuts was sticking out further on the rear, so they agreed to look at it. Upon further inspection, they found that the tech had cross threaded the lug nut in February. They tried to get it off, but it broke the stud loose from the hub. It was impossible to remove the wheel. It had been that way for three months. If I hadn't caught it myself, it would have been that way another three months. Basically, my car left their service center twice in this condition. If I had a flat tire during this time, there would have been no way to change it. To fix it, they had to use a hammer and chisel to break the stud. Now my wheel has several scratches and gouges in it. I'll never be back to this dealer again. More
Excellent Despite Trouble on My Part The shopping and buying experience was wonderful. During our visit (before signing for the car) my daughter suffered a seizure and Jeremy was great, The shopping and buying experience was wonderful. During our visit (before signing for the car) my daughter suffered a seizure and Jeremy was great, offering a jacket for her head as she recovered from the seizure. He tried to rush the paperwork so we could take my daughter home. I appreciated his compassion and understanding. When I brought my car in for Cilajet it was discovered that there was damage to my rear driver's side bumper. I look like a car sideswiped my car in the parking garage at work. The service department (Brandon) assisted me in setting up a appointment with the Swope Collision Center to repair the car prior to CilaJet. During the repair Jeremy worked with the collision center to arrange CilaJet as soon as possible after the repair. I appreciate the effort by the collision center and Jeremy and Brandon to assist me in getting the repair done and minimize the time away from my new car. It turned out beautiful. The care is wonderful to drive and I could not be happier with the service and car. More
Top of the Mountain Dealership/Purchase Experience I met Jeremy a couple of days before returning and purchasing the new vehicle. I knew from the moment I met him, that he would not rush me and would I met Jeremy a couple of days before returning and purchasing the new vehicle. I knew from the moment I met him, that he would not rush me and would work with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I checked out approximately 6 other vehicles before I settled on the one I eventually purchased. Jeremy never pushed, but instead answered all my questions and never acted as if he did not have enough time. I am a senior citizen and therefore have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. Without a doubt one of the most professional salesman I have ever encountered. Once I made my pick, the rest of the staff from management to financing were top-notch professionals. Next vehicle I need will in most likelihood be a Hyundai and in all honestly it will probably come from Swope. Why go anywhere else, when you already feel as if you are home. More

Buying experience I had called before we went and talked to Jeremy about available cars, he was very helpful and one of the reasons we chose the dealership.
