I came all he way from Columbus, Ohio because they had the car I wanted. The sales man Tom was not pushy, the finance manager Scott was not aggressive like the dealer i bought my camaro from. Unfortunately the deal fell through. but once i am ready i will be coming back to that dealer.even though it's 4 1/2 hour drive. when you have friendly, respectful, kind and honest sales men and finance manager it's worth the drive. i would and have told people about this dealership. i was very pleased with the personal attention i got from this dealership. not like some up here. they seemed to care that the customer was happy and satisfied. so all in all it was a great experience for me. when usually i dread going to a dealership and i usually never go in one alone. but i went there alone knowing they were so kind and i felt were really there to make sure i got the car i wanted and didnt' push anything else on me or push products on me that i did not want. if anyone looking for a car is reading this. give them a chance. you won't be sorry. thanks guys. In between Christmas and New Years we headed down from Indiana towards Huntsville, AL to visit our son and his family. Our Chrysler van with 272,000 miles went out and we had it towed to the Swope Family Dealership. While they fixed the fuel pump we were offered hopsitality and shown several vehicles by Tom Stokes. He really listened because although we LOVED our Chrysler we were not impressed by the fact the newer vehicles had not addressed gas mileage since ours was made in 1999. We had hoped to hold on until electric vehicles were available, but it was obvious we were pushing the van too far. Tom Stokes found us a used Honda hybrid that gave us pause. But we did not buy it that day. The service department was very helpful, and the cost was more than we would have paid locally, but still acceptable. We were on our way in less than four hours and had a wonderful visit with our granddaughters. On the way back on New Years Eve we called and found out that this salesman would be there at the dealership. We decided to go ahead an buy this car. The only complaint we have is that there was only one key available with the vehicle. More
